OUR MISSION
The Legal Consultancy is responsible and responsible for carrying out the work and transactions related to litigation services and legal consultancy. There is 1 lawyer to carry out legal affairs and 1 computer operator to assist in document and file tracking.
Within the scope of our unit's prosecution services;
It represents the institution in cases related to judicial and administrative jurisdiction, arbitration proceedings, enforcement proceedings and all other legal disputes to which our university is a party, and follows up the lawsuit and enforcement proceedings as an attorney.
Within the scope of legal consultancy;
It examines and gives opinions on draft legislation concerning the institution, all kinds of draft contracts and specifications prepared by the affiliated units of the University, protocols to be made with all institutions and individuals, and other legal matters referred by the Rector's Office and the General Secretary's Office
Within the scope of Decree Law No. 659, it takes legal measures to prevent disputes in a timely manner and, if there is a legal benefit, considers the dispute to be resolved amicably and prepares the agreements.
Provides legal support to the authorities conducting the investigation in disciplinary investigations initiated against academic and administrative staff and students.
